Position Overview:
Join our team as an Office Cleaner, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and assisting with kitchen duties. If you're detail-oriented and take pride in your work, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and employee lounge area.

• Responsible for the maintenance of desks, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning.

• Responsible for removing trash in office areas.

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily, while stocking with appropriate sanitary supplies.

• Responsible for cleaning windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.

• Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.

• Responsible for maintaining stock of cleaning and kitchen supplies.

• Assisting the office chef in kitchen duties and cleanliness.

• Responsible for stocking kitchenettes on every floor and Board Room supplies as needed.

• Cleaning and managing the office canteen area before and after staff lunches.

• Managing cleanliness throughout all office events and meetings.

• Cleaning of the Company apartment.

• Reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.

Requirements:

• You are able to work on a flexible roster basis, covering various shifts.

• Able to communicate effectively in the English language.

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.

• Must be thorough and meticulous in cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and complete them within allotted timeframes.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
