Position Overview: 
At Casumo, we’re all about creating extraordinary online casino experiences - and we’re now looking for a Casino Manager to help take our casino portfolio to the next level.

In this role, you’ll own the performance, optimisation, and development of our casino games offering across all markets. From curating the perfect lobby experience to managing supplier relationships and driving game performance through data-led insights, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our casino product.

Responsibilities: 

Casino Portfolio Management

• Own and manage the casino games portfolio across all Casumo markets.

• Curate and optimise game categories, lobby structures, and positioning using a data-driven approach based on player behaviour and performance data.

• Lead the onboarding, testing, and launch of new games and suppliers in line with internal processes.

Supplier Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for casino game suppliers.

• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, ensuring clear communication and effective delivery.

• Coordinate launches, updates, and issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams.

Performance & Optimisation

• Monitor and analyse game and category performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

• Work with BI to define and track key performance metrics.

• Translate insights into clear actions to improve engagement, retention, and overall casino performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with CRM to support game launches, campaigns, and lifecycle activity.

• Partner with Tech and Operations to ensure smooth integrations and platform stability.

• Collaborate with Compliance and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure regulatory alignment across markets.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all casino games meet regulatory requirements and Casumo’s internal quality standards.

• Oversee game testing, certification, and ongoing monitoring.

• Identify operational or regulatory risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.

Team Leadership & Support

• Line manage and support casino team members where applicable.

• Provide clear priorities, structure, and guidance to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a casino-focused role within the online gaming industry.

• Strong understanding of casino products, game mechanics, and player behaviour.

• Experience managing casino game portfolios across regulated markets.

• Confidence working with performance data and translating insights into meaningful actions.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Clear, confident communication style and a collaborative mindset.
