Responsibilities:
Interact with players regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gambling matters when required.

Assist the MLRO/DMLRO with Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other regulatory investigations.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date account records in line with AML record-keeping requirements.
Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews and ongoing monitoring where required.
Follow up on documentation requests related to AML obligations and regulatory standards.
Promote AML/RG awareness as an integral part of daily operations across the company.
Support the Player Protection Team Lead with onboarding of new team members and delivery of ad hoc training sessions.
Develop deep subject-matter expertise in AML and share knowledge with player-facing teams.
Collaborate with Payments, Ambassadors, Loyalty, Marketing, and other departments to continuously improve internal procedures and controls.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Responsible Gambling (RG), ideally within gaming, financial services, or a related regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of AML and compliance regulations, including Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures.
Experience conducting detailed account analysis to detect potential money laundering activities.
Familiarity with AML documentation, monitoring, and record-keeping requirements.
Experience acting as an escalation point for AML cases and managing cross-team queries.
Experience supporting investigations and preparing reports for MLRO/DMLRO or regulatory authorities.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and confidently.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
