Nowadays, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and strategic Compliance Project Manager!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Compliance Project Manager to join our Gibraltar team. You will lead the delivery of both critical and non-critical projects, ensuring strict alignment with our PMO Regulatory Sponsorship Framework. You will be the tactical link between our Executive Sponsors and the technical/operational teams, ensuring that every project - regardless of scale - is delivered with the transparency and rigour required by global regulators.

Responsibilities: 

• Tiered Project Management: Categorise and manage a portfolio of Critical (e.g., regulatory compliance and market expansion) and Non-Critical (e.g., process optimisation, minor policy updates) projects.

• Sponsorship Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Regulatory Sponsors, providing them with the high-level visibility needed to sign off on compliance milestones.

• Framework Adherence: Ensure all projects follow the PMO standard for documentation, risk logging, and change management to provide a clear audit trail for regulators.

• Escalation Management: Proactively identify "Critical Path" blockers and escalate them through the PMO framework to ensure executive intervention when required.

• Communication: Highly articulate; able to draft Briefing Notes for Regulatory Sponsors and technical requirements for business teams.

• Interpersonal Impact: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Full project life cycle ownership: Ensure successful project delivery to include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one or more initiatives simultaneously.

• RAG Status Updates: Report on project success criteria results, metric (KPIs), testing, and deployment management activities.

• Leadership: Lead project quality and post-mortem functions to mitigate and address project delivery challenges in the support of continuous improvement efforts;

Requirements:

• iGaming Specialist: 2–3 years of direct experience navigating the complexities of the iGaming compliance landscape, with a firm grasp of multi-jurisdictional requirements. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).

• Structured Delivery: A track record of 2–3 years leading complex projects within a formal Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring strict alignment with corporate governance standards. Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Google Suite, Confluence, Jira, Slack).

• Strategic Execution: Experienced in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping to post-implementation review, within a high-pressure environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Possess 2–3 years of experience in leading end-to-end regulatory/compliance projects, with a proven track record of implementing robust AML, Safer Gambling, and Data Protection frameworks across diverse jurisdictions.

• Methodology: Proven ability to manage project "Tiers" (Critical vs. Non-Critical) using Agile methodology.
