Position Overview:
At Casumo, compliance isn’t just about following rules - it’s about protecting our players and building trust. We’re looking for an AML Officer to strengthen our compliance team, ensuring we stay ahead of potential compliance risks whilst keeping the player experience safe and seamless.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions and report suspicious activity in line with regulations.

• Handle regulatory reporting and liaise with law enforcement and regulators.

• Support audits, reviews, and internal investigations.

• Conduct customer profiling and enhanced due diligence (EDD).

• Spot financial crime trends and recommend risk-mitigation measures.

• Help shape AML, fraud, and risk policies and procedures.

• Stay on top of regulatory changes and lead updates internally.

• Manage SARs and escalations with clear reports and recommendations.

• Deliver training and promote a culture of compliance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ AML or financial crime investigation experience.

• Solid background in transaction monitoring, due diligence, and reporting.

• Previous experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry (must-have).

• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and financial crime trends.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and investigative skills.

• Confident working across teams and with external stakeholders.

• Experience in the Ontario iGaming market is a plus.
