Nowadays, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Risk, Fraud & Payments Analyst to join our team!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Risk, Fraud and Payments Analyst to join our dynamic team in Skopje, North Macedonia. Reporting to the Head of RFP, you will join a team that focuses on risk, fraud and payments issues, all with the aim to give a seamless experience to our customers and safeguard our Firm.
Responsibilities:
- Check, analyze and resolve payments, fraud, and bonus abuse alerts
- Perform the High Withdrawal Approval Process (HWAP)
- Perform payments reviews, and all manual payments to the players
- Review accounts, carry out risk assessment before processing withdrawals, maintaining high confidentiality level, according to internal procedures
- Perform manual KYC checks on players and approve player documents
- Confiscate assets, in accordance with T&C and internal procedures
- Identify potential bonus hunters & fraud rings
- Respond and resolve chargeback issues
- Liaise with 3rd party service providers to solve payment processing issues and provide a high level of service towards the players
- Respond to all payments related queries sent through different communication channels, always making sure that provided information is true and accurate
- Handle risk, fraud and payments related reports
- Liaise with payment service providers to identify and prevent fraud
- Proactively detect and act on fraudulent activity
- Communicate suspicious and actual fraudulent activities involving players or collusion activities
- Determine weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the internal procedures and operation
- Generate reports on suspicious activity and risk management
- Maintain fraud analysis models to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our company systems
- Act on accounts according to internal procedures
- Monitor and handle complex suspicious cases
- Actively contribute to improve current internal processes to enhance the customer experience as well as effectiveness of the team
- Perform various checks to prevent fraud, abuse, and money laundering
- Run client account screening and customer assessment
- Maintain gaming regulations standards as well as business decisions
- Accounts reviews required by regulators
- Perform sportsbook analysis and escalate cases for checks
- Respond to players requests
- 24/7 monitoring and action of exposure limits and fraud issues, if needed
- Perform and execute all the tasks given to you by superiors
- Participate in team meetings
Requirements:
- Knowledge of iGaming, Sports betting and player behaviour - preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage (not a must)
- 24/7 flexibility when required
- Creative, proactive, and willing to work
- Dynamic and accurate
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Team player and positive spirit
- Knowledge of English language
- Awareness, knowledge, and utilization of digital tools
- Ability to work in shifts, with office presence: 1st shift: 08h - 16h; 2nd shift: 16h - 24h; 3rd shift: 24h - 08h (working days: 5 days per week)
