Position Overview:
Welcome to the VIP Dream Team! We’re a squad of six VIP Account Managers, plus our team lead and our in-house CRM wizard who sprinkles daily magic on our operations. We’re on a mission to pamper our VIPs like royalty, forging unbreakable bonds, swooping in to save the day with personalized solutions, and ensuring our VIPs are grinning from ear to ear while enjoying their time at Casumo.
Responsibilities:
- Serve up top-tier service like a pro, meeting market demands with flair
- Keep your finger on the pulse of player happiness, smashing targets and driving revenue growth
- Be the Sherlock Holmes of added value—spotting, seizing, and maximizing every retention and reactivation opportunity
- Connect with potential VIPs daily, rolling out the red carpet with actions that turn them into long-term fans
- Give a warm, personalized welcome to our new high-rollers, making them feel right at home from the get-go
Requirements:
- A communication champ in English (and if you can charm in another language, that’s a sweet bonus!)
- A natural-born problem solver with a knack for thinking outside the box—solutions are your middle name!
- Eager to soak up feedback, learn new tricks, and level up your skills
- A master of prioritization, ensuring you hit those targets month after month like a boss
