Position Overview:
As our Brand Ops Lead, you'll be the master of our brand’s destiny, crafting and steering our communication ship through the thrilling waters of the online casino world. This isn't just a desk job; it's a hands-on role where you'll be rolling up your sleeves to ensure our brand voice is heard, clear, and as charming as a casino dealer with a winning smile.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Management:
- Help cook up and own serving comprehensive brand strategies that boost our market presence and get everyone talking.
- Keep our brand messaging and visual identity as sharp and consistent as a deck of freshly shuffled cards.
- Stay ahead of the game by keeping an eye on market trends, competitor antics, and customer insights.
2. Communications and Public Relations:
- Create and manage an integrated communications plan
- Be the face (and voice) of the company, handling media inquiries with the finesse
- Dream up and execute PR campaigns that hit the jackpot every time.
3. Operational Management:
- Supporting the brand and communications team running like a well-oiled slot machine, ensuring smooth workflows and project management.
- Team up with growth, product development, customer care, and player protection to make sure our brand story is cohesive.
- Manage the budget for brand and communications activities.
4. Content and Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that light up the scoreboard with brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure all content hits the mark and resonates with our target audiences.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like a true social butterfly of the Casumoverse
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep the communication and brand initiatives in perfect harmony.
- Represent Casumo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows with the charm and poise of a high-roller.
6. Awards and Conferences:
- Organize and lead our participation in industry awards and conferences, ensuring we shine brighter than the Vegas Strip.
- Develop strategies and materials for award submissions that showcase our achievements and innovations.
- Handle the logistics and promotional activities related to conferences and awards
7. Alignment with Customer Care and Player Protection:
- Make sure our brand and communication strategies are in sync with our stellar customer care initiatives.
- Work closely with the player protection team to champion responsible gaming and ensure our communications are as ethical as they are exciting.
8. Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our brand and communication efforts, ensuring we're always on a winning streak.
- Prepare and present reports on brand performance, campaign results, and media coverage that would make any casino pit boss proud.
- Use data-driven insights to continually refine our strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior brand and communications role
- Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and PR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated hands-on approach to daily operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
