About the role
As a Workplace Experience Manager at Casumo you will be the champion of our employees' well-being, engagement, and satisfaction and ensure that all of our office Hubs are set up to nurture collaboration, creativity, and engagement. You will develop and implement strategies, programmes, and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive employee retention whilst maintaining our office Hubs at the highest standard.
As Workplace Experience Manager You Will:
Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
Design and enhance the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed and integrated.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to design and organize training programmes.
Plan and organize company events.
Implement wellness programmes and initiatives to support employees' physical and mental health.
Oversee internal communication strategies and channels and facilitate employee feedback mechanisms.
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Schedule and coordinate arrangements.
Supervise and manage office and maintenance staff.
Supervise and manage our inhouse chef.
Procure and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Manage office maintenance and liaise with building management.
You Are:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in employee engagement, Office Management, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to empathize with employees and understand their needs.
Data-driven with experience in analysing employee data and deriving actionable insights.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
