Meet Casumo

Casumo was founded in 2012 by a team that questioned what was and imagined what could be—they rewrote what it was to be an online casino, introducing an iconic brand with the industry’s first gamification layer. With innovation at its core, the company went on to completely transform the concept of the casino tournament with its Reel Races feature, before putting its own spin on an immersive live casino experience, followed by its much-anticipated take on sports betting. In many ways, Casumo has led the way for the evolution of the online gaming experience worldwide.

Today, the Casumo Group is a family of four equally distinct brands that deliver unique entertainment experiences to players around the world.

Operations

  • Deliver a top notch Customer experience
  • Execute CRM Strategy, ensuring a great strategy is being delivered
  • Provide outstanding Customer Service via our Ambassadors team, while having a proactive approach
  • Ensuring we identify and take extra special care of our loyal customers
  • Processing Payment to customers while ensuring all transactions at Casumo are fraud free
  • Ensure everything we do is aligned with regulation, ensuring a safe environment for our customers such as RG, AML GDPR and more

Tech

  • Development of our products to continually keep ahead of the market with new features, reliability and responsiveness
  • Ensuring the smooth setup & maintenance of all tools & systems used across the business to empower our employees 
  • Managing deployment of new features and maintenance of our platform
  • Protecting Casumo from outside influences and cyber attacks

Finance

  • Tracking of all revenue and costs of the group for all our 4 brands
  • Internal processes of approvals of invoices and costs
  • Payment of invoices and reimbursements
  • Budgets, forecasts & comparing them to our actuals
  • All the taxes within the group from corporate to gaming taxes
  • Management of all assets, banks, liabilities including customer funds & cashflow
  • FInancial reporting both internal and external
  • Compliance of corporate requirements

Legal

  • Review all sorts of contracts; Some major, some minor. 
  • Looking at new market regulations and license opportunities 
  • Advising and supporting the business on changes in law, regulations affecting Casumo ability to do business 
  • IP management, joint ventures
  • Corporate matters- structure- intragroup arrangements – supporting tax advisory and finance functions, as well as HR and IP;
  • Corporate Governance and Risk Matters
  • Litigation matters (corporate, licensing, or player)

Product

  • Manage the overall experience of our Products from design to execution. 
  • Work closely with the Technology teams and serve as the Product Owner function within teams. 
  • Be a counterpart to the business functions, spec and explore opportunities and perform competitors analysis.
  • Drive Casumo’s Project Management Lifecycle.
  • Providing the best possible Gaming experience to our Players.
